Terms of Reference

• To review the scientific evidence on effectiveness and efficacy of primary prevention and screening intervention on cancers.
• To assess primary prevention and screening interventions on cancers currently practised in Hong Kong as related to the scientific evidence.
• To formulate guidelines for cancer primary prevention and screening in both clinical and community settings.
• To recommend strategies for implementation of the guideline and monitoring/ evaluation of mechanism(s) for performance.
